2. Description of Service

verses.lol is a curated marketplace that provides tools for underground aesthetic rap and hyperpop artists to connect. Users can list, buy, and sell digital music assets, including but not limited to verses, hooks, unfinished songs, and features. We provide the infrastructure for these transactions but do not own the content exchanged between users.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your profile.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. verses.lol cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

When you upload content to verses.lol (audio files, cover art, profile pictures), you retain all your ownership rights. However, by uploading, you grant verses.lol a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your content. Uploading stolen audio, unauthorized samples, or copyright-infringing material will result in immediate account termination.

5. Marketplace Transactions and Splits

Collabs and Services: verses.lol facilitates collaborations by allowing users to sell features and opens. Users may agree to specific split percentages and royalty allocations directly through the platform.

Payments: All transactions are subject to processing fees. While we facilitate the marketplace, any disputes regarding the actual delivery of a feature or quality of a track must be resolved primarily between the buyer and the seller. verses.lol reserves the right to mediate disputes and issue refunds or account suspensions at our sole discretion.

6. User Conduct

The verses.lol community thrives on mutual respect and creative integrity. You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass our payment systems or conduct transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
• Spam the marketplace with low-effort listings or deceptive titles.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software that could disrupt the service.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

verses.lol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall verses.lol, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
